I LOVE a theme, I don’t know if it’s the Libra in me. But it’s the playoffs, so how many custom things can I come up with? I like to think about how creative we can get with it while still being comfortable. I never want to be too much, but I’m not quiet luxury either. I recently transitioned away from being superstitious because my husband is probably the least superstitious athlete out there. After the Met’s last post-season, I told him me and some of the wives were wearing the same jacket. My husband looked at me like I had a third eye. He was like, ‘Are you telling me you think we won because of the same stinky jacket?’ On record, I am no longer superstitious. He calls it being a prisoner of your own mind. We don’t do the whole going out thing right now, being parents of small children. But he loves pizza. He always says he’s going to get drunk on pizza or cookies, and we can partake as a family.
